Choosing how to begin can feel like the hardest step.

Both 1:1 breathwork and group breathwork offer support. The difference is in the setting and level of personal focus.

Here’s how to think about it.

1:1 breathwork

1:1 breathwork offers privacy and full attention.

The session is shaped entirely around your nervous system and what feels manageable. This can be especially supportive if:

  • You feel anxious in groups

  • You’re working through something specific

  • You prefer more space to check in

1:1 breathwork is available online and in person in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

Group breathwork

Group breathwork offers shared space.

You are still in control of your own experience, but there can be something steadying about breathing alongside others.

Small group settings keep the space contained and supported.

Online and in-person options are available.

There is no “better” option

The best choice is the one that feels safest for you right now.
