What is Conscious Connected Breathwork
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CBB) is a guided breathing practice with a gentle, continuous rhythm. The breath becomes something you can come back to. A thread to hold onto.

As you breathe, your body may begin to soften. You might notice emotion, or a memory, or simply a deeper sense of calm. There’s no pressure to experience a particular feeling. Whatever comes is welcome.

We go slowly. We listen to your nervous system. You are always in control of the pace.

Over time, this work helps you feel more at home in your body and more able to stay grounded in yourself when things feel difficult.

You don’t have to do this alone.

Who it's for
You might be drawn to breathwork if you’ve been feeling stretched thin for a while.

Maybe your mind feels busy, but your body feels tired.
Maybe you’re holding it all together on the outside, while something underneath feels unsettled.
You might notice:

-
Anxiety that sits in your chest or stomach
-
A sense of overwhelm that’s hard to switch off
-
Feeling numb, disconnected or not quite yourself
-
Old emotions surfacing at unexpected times
-
A longing to feel more grounded and steady
You don’t need to have the 'right' reason to come.
You don’t need to be in crisis.

Sometimes it’s simply about wanting to feel more at home in your own body.
Is it safe?
Safety sits at the heart of this work.
Before we begin, we’ll talk through your health history and any concerns you may have. Some medical and mental health conditions need extra care and we’ll decide together whether this feels appropriate for you.
Your nervous system leads the pace. You are always in control. You can slow down, pause or stop at any point.

This work builds trust with your body, so if something feels too much, we adjust. If something needs more time, we slow down.

I support you throughout this work.
What happens in a breathwork session?
Whether you choose 1:1 breathwork or a small group session, each experience follows a gentle structure designed to help you feel safe and supported.

Arriving and settling
We begin with space to land.

In a 1:1 breathwork session, we’ll check in together and talk about how you’re arriving that day. In group breathwork, you’ll be guided into a calm, grounded start.

We take time to settle your nervous system before we begin the breathing practice.
The guided breath practice
You’ll be guided through a continuous, connected breathing rhythm. I’ll offer steady support throughout, with reminders that you can soften, slow down or pause whenever you need.

Some people experience emotion. Some feel warmth or tingling. Some simply feel more present. There is no right way for a breathwork session to unfold.

Integration & grounding
We always close slowly.

There is time to rest, reflect and gently integrate before you leave.
If you are attending online breathwork, you’ll be guided to ground yourself fully before logging off. If you are attending in-person breathwork in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, you’ll have space to gather yourself before stepping back into your day.
1:1 breathwork
1:1 breathwork offers a private, supported space for you to work at your own pace.

These sessions are tailored to your nervous system, your history and what feels manageable for you. We take time to check in properly and move gently. There is no pressure to go deeper than feels safe.

Some people choose 1:1 breathwork because they feel anxious in group settings. Others want focused support around a particular pattern, life transition or ongoing stress.

You might choose a one-off session. You might prefer a short series to build steadiness over time. We decide together what feels right.

1:1 breathwork is available online and in person in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

Group breathwork
Group breathwork offers a shared, supportive space to breathe alongside others.
You may feel reassured by being in a room, or an online space, where everyone is there for the same reason. You are still having your own experience. You are still in control of your pace. But you are not doing it alone.
These sessions are guided carefully, with clear boundaries and grounding at the beginning and end. There is never any pressure to share more than feels comfortable.
Some people find that group breathwork feels connecting and steadying. Others appreciate the collective energy while still being able to stay inward and focused on their own process.
Small group breathwork sessions are available online and in person in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

Frequently asked questions
What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a guided breathing practice using a continuous rhythm.
The breath becomes an anchor, helping you gently access and process what your body may be holding.
It is a body-led practice rather than a talking therapy.
Do I have to talk about my past?
No. You are welcome to share as much or as little as you like.

Breathwork is focused on your present-moment experience in the body. Talking can be part of the integration, but it is not required.
Are there any medical conditions that would prevent me from doing breathwork?
Some physical and mental health conditions require extra care. This can include certain heart conditions, respiratory issues, pregnancy, epilepsy, or severe mental health instability.

We’ll discuss your health history before booking and decide together whether breathwork feels safe and appropriate for you at this time.
If it isn’t the right fit, I will always be honest and explain what might work better for you.
What might I feel during a breathwork session?
Every breathwork session is different.
You might notice emotion, warmth, tingling, memories, or a sense of calm. You might also simply feel more present.
There is no right experience. We work at a pace that feels manageable for your nervous system.
How many breathwork sessions will I need?
Some people book a single 1:1 breathwork session. Others choose a short series to build steadiness over time.

We’ll decide together what feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
What is the difference between 1:1 breathwork and group breathwork?
1:1 breathwork offers a private space tailored entirely to you and your pace.

Group breathwork allows you to breathe alongside others in a small, supported setting. You still remain in control of your own experience.
Both are available online and in person in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.
Is breathwork safe for anxiety?
Breathwork can be supportive for anxiety when it is guided carefully and paced well. Before beginning 1:1 or group breathwork, we’ll talk through your health history and make sure this approach feels appropriate for you.

If something needs adapting, we adapt it.
Can I do breathwork online?
Yes. Online breathwork can be just as effective as in-person sessions.
You’ll need a quiet, private space where you can lie down comfortably and won’t be interrupted. I’ll provide clear guidance and grounding throughout our time together.
How should I prepare for a breathwork session?
Wear comfortable clothing. Avoid a heavy meal beforehand. Allow yourself some quiet time after your session if possible.
If you are attending in person in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, aim to arrive a few minutes early so you can settle. If you are joining online breathwork, make sure your space feels private and undisturbed.
