Our bodies often carry the weight of what our minds can’t easily express. Somatic therapy offers a way to gently notice, release, and shift what’s held in the body, whether through grounding practices, mindful movement, or creative expression.

Every session is tailored to what feels safe for you. For some people, this might mean quiet, simple body awareness exercises; for others, it could look more like movement, breath work, or expressive practices. The aim is always to help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels supportive, empowering, and grounded.

Alongside this, I offer Mind & Body Somatic Coaching. This combines practical coaching with somatic awareness, helping you not only process what’s stored in the body but also move forward with clarity and purpose. Together, we work on building tools and practices you can carry into daily life, supporting both healing and growth.
This integrative approach can ease stress and tension, support trauma recovery, and bring balance back to both mind and body.
