Support that meets you where you are.

Hello
I founded Wellbeing with Heart in Mind five years ago, inspired to create a space where all of my therapeutic and holistic services could come together under one roof. I specialise in working with adolescents, families, and adults, offering personalised support to help each client find balance, resilience, and wellbeing.
My Story
For more than twenty years I’ve been practising holistic therapies, and over the last decade I’ve trained and worked as a therapeutic counsellor. I’m a BACP Registered Integrative Counsellor for Adolescents using the Arts, as well as a certified Child Accelerated Trauma Therapist, Safe and Sound Protocol Practitioner, ADHD Coach, Sensory Intelligence Practitioner, and Hatha Yoga Instructor.

But my journey into this work began long before the qualifications. I’ve always been drawn to working with people, even while my early career took me through sales, accounting, and computer programming. Alongside those roles, I trained in holistic massage, reiki, kinesiology, nutrition, and Indian head massage, running a small practice in London.

When I became a parent, things shifted. I felt called to work more directly with children, especially those finding it hard to stay in class or manage school life. I trained as a Relax Kids Coach and began running sessions in schools. I recognised myself in many of those children, the anxiety, the meltdowns, the feeling of not quite fitting the mould. Supporting them lit something in me that I couldn’t ignore.

The turning point came after the tragic suicide of my brother. That loss was a catalyst: I stepped away from the “safe and accepted” career path and fully committed to the work that mattered most to me. I trained extensively, including with the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education, inspired by the work of Dr Margot Sunderland. I qualified as a Trauma Informed Schools Practitioner and as an Integrative Counsellor to Adolescents with the Arts.
My learning hasn’t stopped. I’m currently studying interoception and neuroaffirming approaches to autism diagnosis, and I’m working toward a qualification as an Autism Coach. This ongoing journey helps me to stay responsive and rooted in the approaches that best support the people I work with.
Final Note
At the heart of all my work is a simple belief: every person deserves to feel seen, understood, and supported in a way that honours who they are. My role is to walk alongside you (or your child), offering tools, space, and care that meet you where you are.

If what you’ve read here resonates, I’d love to hear from you. We can talk through your needs together and explore what support might feel right.
