Get in touch

I’m glad you’re here.

Reaching out can feel like the hardest step. Whether you’re enquiring for yourself, your teen or your child, you don’t need to have everything figured out before contacting me.

We can begin with a conversation.

What happens next?

Once you get in touch:

  • I’ll respond personally within 48 hours

  • We can arrange an initial call or email exchange

  • We’ll talk through what’s been happening

  • Together, we’ll decide what kind of support feels most appropriate

There is no pressure to commit straight away.

Location

Sessions are available:

In person in St Neots, Cambridgeshire

Online

If you’re unsure which option would suit you best, we can discuss that too.

Confidentiality & safety

All enquiries are treated confidentially.

If you are in immediate crisis or need urgent mental health support, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services.

How to contact me

You can:

If you’re contacting me about support for your child or teen, it can help to briefly share their age and what’s been concerning you.

Fees & practical information

Because support is shaped around each individual or family, fees and session structure are discussed during our initial conversation.

This allows us to consider what feels appropriate, manageable and sustainable for you.

If cost is something you’re concerned about, you’re very welcome to mention that when you reach out. We can talk it through openly.

You don’t need to decide everything before getting in touch.

If something in this work resonates, I’d be glad to hear from you.
