Support for adults

Trauma-trained, neurodivergence-affirming, body-based support.

Available in St Neots, Cambridgeshire and online.

You might not know exactly what you need.

You might just know that you feel stretched, anxious, disconnected or tired in a way that rest alone doesn’t fix.

Maybe you’ve held things together for a long time. Maybe you’re used to coping. Maybe something inside is asking for a different kind of support.

This is a space where you don’t have to push through.

Anxiety, overwhelm & nervous system stress

Many adults come to see me because of:

  • Anxiety or panic

  • Chronic stress or burnout

  • Emotional overwhelm

  • Shutdown or numbness

  • Sleep difficulties

  • Feeling stuck in survival mode

Together, we focus on helping your nervous system feel safer and more regulated.

Support may include practical regulation tools, body awareness work and steady, collaborative sessions paced around what feels manageable for you.

Somatic therapy & deeper work

Sometimes talking alone isn’t enough.

Somatic therapy offers a body-led approach to explore patterns held beneath thoughts and words.

Sessions are collaborative and paced gently.

It can be especially helpful if you:

  • Notice repeating relational patterns

  • Feel disconnected from your body

  • Are processing trauma

  • Want deeper ongoing support

Conscious Connected Breathwork

For some adults, breathwork offers a focused and experiential way to build regulation and emotional capacity.

Available 1:1 and in small groups, online and in person in St Neots.

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) can support:

  • Emotional release

  • Reconnection with the body

  • Building steadiness

  • Working through held stress

Neurodivergent adults

Some adults discover later in life that they are autistic, ADHD or otherwise neurodivergent.

If you experience sensory overwhelm, masking fatigue or chronic burnout, support can focus on:

  • Understanding your nervous system

  • Reducing sensory stress

  • Building self-compassion

  • Adapting environments where possible

The focus is not on changing who you are, but on helping life feel more manageable.

A pace that feels safe

Whatever brings you here, we move slowly.

You won’t be pushed beyond what feels manageable. We build steadiness first.

Sessions are available in St Neots, Cambridgeshire and online.

If you’re wondering whether this kind of support might help, we can start with a conversation.

There’s no obligation. Just space to explore what feels right for you.
