Holistic therapies

Gentle, restorative treatments to support nervous system balance.
Available in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

Alongside counselling, somatic therapy and breathwork, I offer a range of holistic therapies designed to support calm, restoration and overall wellbeing.

These treatments can stand alone, or complement therapeutic work, depending on what feels right for you.

Each session is tailored to your needs and paced with care.

A complementary therapeutic approach

Holistic therapies can support the nervous system in settling, especially when stress, tension or emotional overload has been building.

They offer a different doorway into balance. Sometimes words aren’t needed. Sometimes the body simply needs space to soften.

You might choose a holistic therapy:

  • As a standalone restorative session

  • Alongside somatic therapy or breathwork

  • As gentle support during periods of stress

  • To maintain balance between deeper therapeutic sessions

What to expect

Holistic therapy sessions are gentle and restorative.

If you are combining treatments with counselling or somatic therapy, we will consider how they best support your wider therapeutic work.

If you are booking as a standalone session, you can simply come as you are and allow space for rest and balance.

All sessions are available in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

Sessions are offered at £60–£75 depending on the therapy

Holistic therapies

Pathway Balancing Kinesiology (PBK)

Pathway Balancing Kinesiology works with the understanding that the body carries its own wisdom.

Through gentle muscle testing, we explore areas of imbalance across physical, emotional, nutritional and environmental layers.

Working with the five elements framework (Earth, Metal, Fire, Wood and Water), PBK supports the release of stuck energy and encourages the body’s natural capacity for balance.

Many people describe sessions as grounding, centring and deeply restoring.

Aroma pressure & Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Aroma Pressure combines essential oils with gentle pressure points on the body to ease tension and support circulation.

I may also integrate Emotional Freedom Technique, often known as tapping. EFT involves tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on emotional or physical stress.

Together, these approaches can:

  • Reduce anxiety

  • Ease emotional intensity

  • Support relaxation

  • Promote clarity and steadiness

Sessions are calm, contained and adapted to your comfort.

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle energy-based practice that supports relaxation and balance.

During a session, hands are placed lightly on or just above the body. Many people experience warmth, tingling or a sense of quiet calm.

Reiki can support emotional release, reduce stress and create space for rest.

It is non-invasive and suitable for adults and children.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage focuses on the upper body, including the shoulders, neck and scalp.

Using a combination of soothing massage and pressure techniques, this treatment can relieve tension, ease headaches and improve circulation.

Even though it focuses on one area, the effects are often felt throughout the body.

These therapies offer a different pathway into calm and connection.

If you’re unsure which approach might suit you best, we can explore it together and find what feels supportive for your body and your needs.
