Work with me
You don’t need to know exactly what kind of support you need.
You might just know that something feels unsettled. That your nervous system feels stretched. That you’d like to feel more at home in yourself.
My work is grounded in safety first. I’m trained across a number of therapeutic and holistic approaches, which means we can choose what feels most supportive for you rather than fitting you into one method.
There isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach here. There is space to meet you as you are. That includes adults, teens and neurodivergent children who may experience the world differently.
A safe, skilled approach
I’m a trauma-trained practitioner with training in breathwork, nervous system regulation, somatic approaches and holistic therapies.
A core part of my work is supporting neurodivergent children, teens and families in a way that is affirming and respectful of difference.
This breadth of experience means we can adjust, slow down, shift direction if something doesn’t feel right. It means your support is shaped around you, not the other way around.
Some people come wanting Conscious Connected Breathwork.
Some come looking for nervous system support.
Some aren’t sure what they need yet.
I support you so we can decide, together.

Neurodivergence support
Affirming, trauma-trained support for autistic and ADHD children, teens and families.
Focused on regulation, self-understanding and adapting environments rather than masking or behaviour control.
Includes sensory integration coaching, Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and trauma-informed support where needed.
Available in St Neots, Cambridgeshire and online.
Holistic therapies
Supportive treatments such as Reiki, massage or other body-based therapies designed to promote relaxation and restoration.
These can stand alone or complement therapeutic work.
Nervous system regulation
Practical, body-based support to help you understand and work with your stress responses.
This can include grounding tools, co-regulation practices and education about how your nervous system operates.
Ideal if you feel anxious, overwhelmed or stuck in survival mode.
Somatic therapy
A body-led therapeutic approach that works beneath thoughts and into lived experience.
Somatic therapy helps you notice patterns held in the body and gently shift them with awareness and safety.
Suitable for deeper ongoing work.
