Who I help
You don’t have to fit into a category to seek support.
Some people come as individuals. Some come as parents/carers. Some are navigating adolescence or supporting a neurodivergent child.
My work is shaped around the person in front of me, not just the modality.
The main ways I support people
Adults
You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed or disconnected. You might be carrying stress that hasn’t had space to settle.
Support for adults can include:
Work can be short-term and focused, or deeper and ongoing.
Teens
Adolescence can feel intense. Emotions can feel bigger. Identity questions can feel heavy.
I support teens who may be experiencing:
-
Anxiety and overwhelm
-
Emotional dysregulation
-
School stress
-
Shutdown or masking
Support may include nervous system regulation, somatic-informed therapy and sensory-based approaches.
Children & families
When a child is struggling, the whole family feels it.
I support families navigating:
-
Trauma
-
Emotional regulation challenges
-
School-related stress
Work may include sensory integration coaching, Safe and Sound Protocol, and trauma-trained support.
You don't need to decide everything before reaching out.
If you're unsure which pathway feels right, we can start a conversation.
