Alongside counselling and coaching, I offer a range of holistic therapies designed to support nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing. These treatments can stand alone, or be combined with therapeutic work, depending on your needs. Each one is gentle, restorative, and tailored to you.

Pathway Balancing Kinesiology (PBK)
Kinesiology works with the idea that the body holds its own wisdom. Through gentle muscle testing, we can explore where there may be imbalances in your energy system and what is needed to restore harmony.
​
PBK uses your body’s natural feedback to identify blocks across physical, emotional, nutritional, or environmental realms. By working with the five elements (Earth, Metal, Fire, Wood, Water), the treatment helps to release stuck energy, ease pain, and support the body’s own healing process.
Many people describe it as a deeply balancing experience that reconnects mind, body, and spirit.

Aroma Pressure & Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Aroma Pressure combines essential oils with gentle pressure points on the body to release tension, improve circulation, and bring a sense of calm. It’s soothing, restorative, and grounding.
I often combine this with Emotional Freedom Technique (sometimes known as “tapping”). EFT involves tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on emotional or physical stress. This simple but powerful approach can reduce anxiety, release difficult emotions, and support overall wellbeing. Together, Aroma Pressure and EFT offer both relaxation and emotional release in one session.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle energy practice that helps restore balance and promote healing. During a session, I place my hands lightly on or just above the body, allowing universal life force energy to flow where it’s needed most.
People often describe Reiki as deeply relaxing, with sensations of warmth, tingling, or gentle shifts of energy. It can support emotional release, reduce stress, and bring a sense of clarity and peace. Reiki is safe, non-invasive, and suitable for both adults and children.

Indian Head Massage
This traditional therapy focuses on the upper body—shoulders, neck, scalp, and sometimes the face. Using a combination of soothing massage and pressure techniques, Indian Head Massage relieves tension, eases headaches, and improves circulation.

It’s both relaxing and revitalising, leaving many people with a sense of lightness, balance, and calm. Even though it focuses on just part of the body, the benefits are felt throughout.
